Update Coming Soon!
Dear Valued Guest,
In an effort to oblige in our part of self-quarantine, that our President and the CDC have asked, we are temporarily closing the Salon beginning the evening of March 21. Currently our plans are to reopen on May 1st.
Please call us, (678-714-0421), if we haven’t talked to you to reschedule or schedule your upcoming appointments. Like the rest of the general public, Taylor Brooks is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a respiratory illness with symptoms that include shortness of breath, fever, and cough. Recently, the Georgia Department of Public Health confirmed the first cases of COVID-19 in Georgia. That said, the risk remains low for the general public at this time. While this information is reassuring, we understand that there are concerns about this new virus. Our focus continues to be ensuring a safe environment for all of our guests.
Again, we are not medical professionals and rely on the same information as you do; it is important to rely on our health partners for information and guidance on what steps to take to minimize the spread of the illness. With that in mind, families are encouraged to refer to the CDC website for further information and updates. We are taking every precautionary sanitizing and cleaning measures throughout the day to keep the salon a safe environment. We value each and every one of you and look forward to this being behind all of us. Please let us know if you have further questions.
Taylor Brooks Management and Staff
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team. We understand that upon occasion schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours-notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for appointment times are considered a "No-show". After three missed appointments/cancellations/no-shows a credit card will be required to hold the appointment.
